The CUNY Digital History Archive (CDHA) website is the copyright of the American Social History Project, Inc. The materials on this site are made available to the general public for research, teaching, and personal study.

Copyright Status

Items may be protected by the U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17,U.S.C.). Usage of some items may also be subject to additional restrictions imposed by the copyright owner of the individual item and/or the producing institution.  It is the responsibility of the user to research the copyright status of the item.

Most of the material on this website has been obtained from other sources or publishers that may own a copyright or trademark for that work and which are not affiliated with ASHP/CML.
